************TERMS OF THE CONTRACT************
**** The terms of the above contract must be met or a 10% penalty is
assessed for each school day the contract is not met (TASK 1-3).
The contracted grade must be met by Nov. 26th 2014
*** The contracted grade can and will be lowered if
a) all terms of the contract are not met.
b) the work stated in the Contract is not of acceptable quality.
**** If a person does not complete the terms of his/her
contract, the grade of the individual will be lowered to the
contract level completed. A "C" contract level must be obtained to
pass 9th grade Social.
