Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)

Nourishing Essential Fatty Acids found in Nourish3 in the Hydrating system are from Chia,
Borage, Kukui Nut and Sunflower Oils. They work to replenish the skins moisture barrier and
help maintain suppleness. Essential Fatty Acids are vital to the metabolism of healthy looking
skin, but they cannot be synthesised by the body and must therefore be acquired in
