Faucetsonlyifwidespreadreplacementisneeded
Flushvalvesonlyifwidespreadreplacementisneeded

Shower/tubunits
Faucet/valvesaregenerallyhandledasmaintenanceissues,unlessabadbatchhasbeeninstalledandasignificant
percentageneedtobereplacedduetomanufacturingdefects.
HVAC,Plumbing,Electrical,andLowVoltageshouldcoordinateasneededtomakesurethatnoitemsaremissed
ordoublecounted,andthatyouareclearonwhowillassesseachitem.
ProblemPhotos.IfthereareanyitemsthatyouidentifyasneedingreplacementinYear1,pleasetakeaclear
digitalphotooftheroomnumberlabeltheitemisin,thentakeaphotooftheproblempartoftheitem.This
makesiteasytotellwheretheitemis.
Ifyouareoutside,identifywhatSitesectionyouareinfromtheprovidedSitemap,oridentifytheexteriorwallof
thebuildingusingthecardinaldirections(northwall,southwall,southeast,etc.)
Makesuretheproblemshowsclearlyinthepicture.Whenyouhandoffyourphotostothephototeam,makesure
thatyoudescribetheproblembeingportrayedineachphototothepersonwhowillprocessyourphotos.
