All information on state of patient, location and
expected time of arrival is passed to the Clinic
Clinic Ambulance is mobilized to BASE jetty or
Client I. A. Helipad with a Doctor/Nurse on board

Patient evacuated to Clinic for further


treatment

Evacuation by Helicopter

Client Project Engineer contacted by


telephone/radio. Client informed of state of
patient, history of illness, location, estimated
travel time, helipad point and weather condition.

Client medical review situation and advises on


best means of evacuation

Client agrees on need for


MEDEVAC

If Client Medical feels there is no need for


MEDEVAC they may advise on Treatment

Client Helicopter arrives location with Doctor/Nurse and evaluates patients


condition
Patient flown to Client base

Clinic Ambulance mobilized to collect patient at Client Helipad to Retainer
