Daniel demonstrated an understanding of the students and insight as to how they learned. Teaching engaging lessons stu
played a large part in motivating them and enhancing their learning. He was keen to learn new ways of differentiating the
curriculum and threw himself into PLAN (Best Start). Daniel demonstrated his ability to cater for various groups and assess
and plan accordingly.
He demonstrated a wonderful empathy towards the students which enabled him to build a repour with them. He valued
their contributions and encouraged them in order to bring out the best in all that they did.
