I invite kind attention to the reference cited where in it has been requested to
enquiry in to the Genuineness on the representation of Sri. Shaik Irshad,S/O.Masthan Valli
who has applied for sanction of Marriage Incentive Awards under hearing handicapped
category.
The A.R.I. enquired into the matter and submitted his report starting that Sri. Shaik Irshad,
S/O. S.Masthan Valli who was the resident of D.NO. 11/240,opp. Andhra Bank, ITI, Kadapa
got Married with Shaik Roofi , D/O. Shaik Mahaboob Basha resident of Rayachoty, Kadapa
District 10-08-2014 as per the Marriage Certificate issued by the Govt. Chief Khazi,
Rayachoty. As per the Certificate issued by the government Doctor, He has having 46%
hearing handicapped ID NO.11154810110000102, dated 13-03-2014 As per the WAP Card
bearing No. WAP1181096A0092 issued in the name Shaik Irshad, Smt.Shaik Roofi is
included as family member as per S.S.C. Marks Certificate date of birth of Smt. Shaik Roofi is
recorded as above 18 years of an Shaik Irshad in carring his livelihood as daily porter labour.
In this connection, I submit that it is found Genuine that Sri. Shaik Irshad who is hearing
disable has married Smt.Shaik Roofi who is not Disable and eligible for sanction of Marriage
Incentive Awards.
