Topic: Numeracy Test (Summative Assessment)


(Numeracy)
Objective or WALT: To evaluate students understanding about numbers in term of adding or
subtracting using more or less, writing the numbers in words, first 4 multiples, expanded forms,
rounding numbers to the nearest 10 and word problem.
Engage:
T will give instruction of the test materials , question order , time and where to submit it
T will read the questions for the students.
First period
Core:
4A
Ss will start writing their name, class and date.
From 9:00
Ss will answer question which was designed by my MST and edit it by me.
to 9:40
T will circulate between groups for students who need help.
I will mark 62 test
Wrap up:
Ss will submit the test neat T table.
T will mark 62 test for 4A and 4C on the same day.
Miss Saritha (MST) will put the mark in their marks notebook which was marked by me.
Note: This test was designed by my MST but edit it and printed by me.

Topic: Story Map


(Literacy)
Objective or WALT: By the end of lesson, students will be able to write the story map and write
first paragraph of their own historical story.
Engage:
Ss will write on the board the answer of the question what are the 4 features of story map for 2
minutes.
Third period
T will write on the white board the features of the story map and ss will discuss it what each

feature contains in groups for 3 minutes.

Core:
to 11:20
Ss will write as group their own stories map using worksheet and pencil and ss will choose any story
from the past ( 20 min )
T will introduce the story starters on the board and ask for more
Starters if they know ( 5 min)
Ss will write introducing paragraph for the lesson using A4 paper (10 min)
Wrap up:
Ss will discuss within their group how to progress in the story using their own story map.
