To
Whom
it
May
Concern,
Cameron
Scholz
is
an
exceptional
student
and
will
be
a
wonderful
asset
to
PSUs
elementary
education
program.
I
have
the
pleasure
of
teaching
Mr.
Scholz
in
two
courses;
Effective
Classroom
Management
and
Intermediate
Reading
and
Language
with
Practicum.
During
this
time,
I
have
found
Mr.
Scholz
to
be
personable,
hard
working,
and
a
natural
with
children.
Mr.
Scholz
is
very
insightful,
reflective
and
eager
to
gain
all
that
he
can
as
we
study
Harry
Wongs
The
First
Days
of
School.
His
questions
and
responses
demonstrate
a
nice
grasp
of
effective
management
skills.
He
is
not
afraid
to
redirect
a
student
who
is
off
task,
yet
he
can
do
so
in
an
honoring
way
for
all.
Mr.
Scholzs
management
skills
have
been
put
to
the
test
in
our
reading
practicum
where
he
works
one
on
one
with
a
fourth
grade
student.
Mr.
Scholz
has
his
students
attention
from
the
start
because
of
his
well-planned
lessons
and
successful
classroom
management
style.
His
student
is
always
fully
engaged
in
his
lessons
and
Mr.
Scholz
is
able
to
keep
that
excitement
on
the
students
face
throughout
the
lesson.
Best
of
all,
Mr.
Scholz
is
a
natural
at
making
accommodations
to
best
meet
the
needs
of
his
student.
Several
times,
I
have
watched
him
make
adjustments
on
the
spot
when
necessary.
Mr.
Scholz
also
has
an
excellent
understanding
of
state
standards.
He
has
put
together
meaningful
lesson
plans
that
not
only
target
essential
standards,
but
also
inspire
active
learning.
Mr.
Scholz
has
crafted
and
taught
multiple
lessons
as
he
successfully
taught
Six-
Trait
Writing
skills
to
fourth
graders.
As
you
can
see,
Cameron
Schloz
has
all
of
the
qualities
of
an
effective
teacher
candidate.
He
will
be
a
significant
asset
to
our
program.
Sincerely,
Angela
