Regarding Career assessment, following needs to be done:

1)Component 1: Curriculum Vitae and Linked in profile & Interaction (50%)(10m)

The student has to submit their curriculum vitae in the format as discussed in class. The CV would be
evaluated and feedback will be shared, when student comes for individual presentation.
The linked in profile of the student would be evaluated, it should be complete and his online presence
would be assessed and feedback would be given on the same.
During the presentation of CV and valuation of Linked in profile a personal interaction would be also
conducted. The exercise will be interview simulation for the student. The student should be prepared to
tell his story in manner which highlights of his past experiences are shared by the students.
Component 2: Competency based questions (50%)
All students have to undergo the case "Component 1: Curriculum Vitae and Linked in profile &
Interaction (50%)
The student has to submit their curriculum vitae in the format as would be discussed in class. The CV
would be evaluated and feedback will be shared, when student comes for individual presentation.

The students have to read case (reading 4 on Thomas Green) based on which questions will be asked
to judge your competency.
Both the assessment would be conducted on the same day, the student has to bring component 2,
along with LinkedIn and CV for the personal interaction.
