drownsoutthesoundsoftheforest.Ichosethispoeticdevicebecausebycomparingthe

Inthiscase,theyallstartwithdifferentconsonant sounds, but they all share one vowel
sound, which is the o in this case which makes this a Assonance. It is used effectively as it
is being used at the end, which catches the readers attention for the conclusion.
