Overview:

This project is the creation of a PowerPoint travel brochure for your

assigned biome. You will present information in such a way as to create an
advertisement that will attract visitors to the biome.

What Biomes can be chosen?

What must be included in this project?

PowerPoint Travel Brochure
Informative text, colorful pictures and graphics should be used throughout
the project. Creativity and neatness count! Your project should include the
following information:
1. Biomes place on earth
Where is it (geographical distribution)?
What are its abiotic factors (such as sunlight, water conditions, and
seasonal variations)?
What are the native plants and their adaptations to live there?
What are the native animals and their adaptations to live there?
Give examples of cooperation and competition between and among
species.
2. Attractions/Tour Packages
Advertise your biomes recreational activities
Publicize points of interest
Suggest other biomes nearby for side trips
3. Weather Report (Used to aid tourists in packing their gear)
