I, Paula Isabel D. Dizon, Assistant Design Engineer I of your group would like to
inform you about the upcoming Board Exam for Architecture this January 14-16, 2005
conducted by the Philippine Regulations Commission.
Due to lack of time and requirements I was not able to take the exam last year that I
have informed you before. I have already started preparing all the materials needed to
pursue the licensure examination.
In connection with this I would like to request for your approval of my 2 weeks leave on
January 3-14, 2004 in preparation for the exam.
