AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMNET

Between

Abdel Sirokh & Harris FB Salomon

For the purpose of this document the term Partners is referred to persons named Mr
Abdel Sirokh of 136 Prince Albert Road, Portsmouth PO48EL England and Mr Harris
FB Salomon of 370 central park Ave, Scarsdale NY 10583 United State of America.

The Partners both acknowledge and agree in good faith that they:

- Are in the business of motion picture production

- Understand that the legal entity/company Atlantic Alliance Pictures LLC was set
only for the purpose of Development, production and exploitation of the motion
picture titled "The Fence" written by Matt Salzberg and Harris FB Salomon.
- Equally own and control the company ATLANTIC ALLIANCE PICTURES LLC,
registered in the state of NEW YORK Reg No
- Each hold the Role of Producer as defined by the motion picture association of
USA in regards to the production & exploitation of the motion picture titled "The
Fence" written by Matt Salzberg and Harris FB Salomon.
- Acknowledge that the script rights are currently owned by Harris FB Salomon and
Matt Salzberg.
- Both Partners will share equal creative, editorial and financial control applicable
to the motion picture titled "The Fence" written by Matt Salzberg and Harris FB
Salomon once the script rights have been transferred to Atlantic Alliance Pictures
LLC.
- Will share equally any and all debits, fee's & profits earned either directly or
indirectly connected to the production and exploitation of the motion picture titled
"The Fence" written by Matt Salzberg and Harris FB Salomon.
- Shall share all liabilities related to Atlantic Alliance Pictures LLC for the period of
and only on issues directly or indirectly related to the development, production
and exploitation of "The Fence."
- This documents serves as evidence and defines the partners professional
engagement with eachother and will be used in a court of law to the benefit of
either Partners should a dispute arise claiming other that what has been set
forth in.
The terms of this agreement shall become effective upon execution of an
agreement with Matt Salzberg that transfers script rights to Atlantic Alliance
Pictures (or any company designated by the Partners) and ends any
previous partnership/coproduction agreement between Harris Salomon and
Matt Salzberg/Goldenfired Productions.
