Check the working preparation prior to required construction execution.

Ensure the compaction test or Plate Compaction Test has been carried
out (if necessary)prior to begin blinding works.

Ensure the survey works has been conducted.

Ensure approved Anti-Termite treatment has been taken.

Ensure the elevation has been marked on the formworks.

Ensure the area are clean and forms are properly installed.

Ensure that formworks has been treated with approved release agent.

Ensure polyethelene plastic is properly installed.

Ensure approved concrete design mix from approved supplier.

Ensure Engineers approval has been obtained prior to commencement of

blinding concrete pouring.

Ensure concrete temperature to be less than 32C.

Ensure that concrete slump of freshly mixed concrete has been check at
the time of placement.

Ensure cylinder samples have been taken for testing as required.

Check concrete curing as required.
