with 6 step down beds. Four bed Outpatient Infusion Clinic
offering 24 hour outpatient infusion/injections. This program
required a complete overhaul of process. Responsible for 70
FTEs. Ultimate responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, hiring,
human resources and regulatory/quality processes/programs.

Surgery-For last year was Acting Director of Surgical Services
Responsible for day to day operations of outpatient surgery, working with
staffing, quality, budget and all aspects of running a surgery department

General Surgery. During last 12 months was Acting Surgical Service
Director while mentoring the now Surgical Service Director.
As Infection Control Director worked as the only infection control FTE in

Program/Employee Health with heavy emphasis on Quality programs.
Developed Occupational Health Program working closely with newly
contracted Occupational Health Physician.
