Russia is beginning to fall apart

Since they cant handle money so well

Every czar that ruled Russia,
Had to face an economic issue
Leaving Russia in a black hole
After Lenin died in 1924,
Stalin became the next ruler of Russia
He established a five year plan,
Which had collectivization
His plan was to ensure the production of food on farms
and distribute food supplies to the citizens,
But peasants refused to give up their land
And they burned and destroyed their crops
Also killing any of their animals they owned

Under Stalin, Russia was a command economy

And everything that the citizens owned
Homes and their land were controlled by the government
They controlled the production, prices, investments and income
Stalin wanted to do anything in his power to take control
Under Gorbachev he changed Russia
Making Russia a mixed economy
where the government owns parts of land
Gorbachev wanted to move to a market socialist economy for years
But instead failed
Then set of a process of political and economical crisis
Which lead to the fall of the Soviet Union

Since the Soviet Union collapsed,

Russia has become a market economy
The government went undercover,
To financially enrich itself and businesses
And then the government borrowed money
Because of the financial budget
Which ultimately lead to the Financial crisis in 1998
Russia had a come back of August in 1998
And had a fast recovery of the financial crisis
The price of oil has increased dramatically
Russian banks were hit by the global credit crunch in 2008
There was no long term effects
Due to the government and banks response to protecting itself

Putin is the president today in Russia

The economy is still unstable
Putin blames the west for the weak economy
Russias banks have been spending a lot of money
And oil pricing have been falling
Russias economy is becoming weak
As Russias price of oil drops
Russia's problems are most likely going to get worst
Putin is finding it difficult to
Keep Russia out of falling into another financial crisis
