Listen and dont do anything until you are ready to do so!

Okay well we need to warm up our bodies first before we do


any sort of gymnastics!

Warm up and stretches:
- Game: Bear crawl and frog jump game.
- It people will do crab crawl and non it people will do
bear walk.

It people will do frog jumps and non it people will gallop


like a horse
- Stretch: quick stretch (arms, head, toe touches,
straddle, and wrists)
Watch students as they are playing the game to make sure they
are not cheating, playing safely, and are following the rules. Get
the mats out while they are playing.
Four stations:
1. Stork Stand and airplane contests.
2. Cartwheel over the bench
3. On the mats practice forward rolls
4. Back bridges on mats
Watch students so they are following the rules (doing the skills
properly), not doing anything dangerous, and they are having
fun!
Cool Down:
- Help put the mats away!
