1. Are all buttons and links clickable?


a. Do menu options/categories take you to the pages they describe?
b. Is it obvious what each menu option/category is?
c. Is there a button or link that can take you back to the Home Page?
2. Are instructions, sentences, paragraphs, and other text content easy to understand? Are
they simple and clear?
3. Is there a Help or FAQ Page that covers most questions or topics someone might ask?
a. Is there a Contact Page or some other page that allows people to ask questions
that are not on the Help or FAQ Page?
4. Are all pages readable?
a. Are text, pictures, logos, and clip art big enough to be seen from far away?
b. Are fonts readable? Are they too fancy or showmanistitc?
c. Are the colors too bright or too dark
d. Is the content viewable on all multimedia objects? Laptops? Phones? Tablets?
5. Do videos, music, or sound effects play automatically? Is there a way to turn them off?
6. Is there an option for content to be in audio format?
a. Is there an option to make the volume louder?
b. How loud can the volume go?
7. Is there an option to enable captions/subtitles on videos?
8. Is the site able to be used with keyboard controls?
