CHOSEN FABRICS:
TOP- 2X2 RIB:
1. ELASTICITY: remains its shape because of the rib knit structure. This tank top has
the property of elasticity. This will be beneficial when wearing this top over time it will
keep its shape without stretching out.
2. HYDROPHILIC: knitted cotton spun yarn fabric that absorbs moisture easily. This
is a great property for a layering fall/winter tank top, when it begins to get hot
underneath all the layers worn this tank top will keep the girl dry all day and absorb
sweat from the body and keep her comfortable.
3. DRAPE: falls and hangs. This tank top is meant to be loose and flowy having a
good drape because of this knitted fabric will make it possible to obtain this desired
appearance.

BOTTOM-INTERLOCK:
1. RESILIENCY: fabric to return to its original shape after bending, compressing,
twisting, or crushing. This skirt will be able to be sat on, walked in, and worn all day
without getting wrinkly because of its knitted structure.
2. STABILITY: retain a given size and shape through use and care. Interlock fabrics
will keep their shape over time, this is a good quality to have for a fabric used in a
skirt that it relatively tight on the top, the skirt will stay tight and shapely when worn.
3. SMOOTH HAND: smooth to the touch. Interlock fabrics have a smoother surface
due to the finer knit structure. This will be comfortable and nice to have as a skirt so
that the fabric feels good against the skin when walking.

CARDIGAN- BRUSHED SWEATER JERSEY:

1. THERMAL RETAINER: holds heat next to the body. Jersey knit fabrics have the
ability to keep you warm in still air. This cardigan will be nice to have as an addition
to ones fall/winter wardrobe to throw on over any outfit to keep you warmer.
2. SOFT HAND: brushed knitted jersey is soft to the touch. This cardigan will be
comfortable and cozy to wear.
3. INSULATION: blocks out wind. This cardigans knitted structure will have the ability
to insulate the body from wind.
