There are 6 steps to the DID Model. Those steps include: know the learners, state your
objectives, establish the learning environment, identify teaching and learning strategies, identify
and select technologies, and perform a summative evaluation. Every one of those steps includes
one thing, which is feedback. Without feedback, teachers and other educators would have a
really hard time on how to educate their students. Every student is like a snowflake. Theyre all
uniquely different when it comes to their learning styles. The first link provides a step-by-step
lesson on how to create the learning objectives for the lesson plan. When creating the learning
objectives, the teacher has to ask themselves something. That question would be: what do they
want their students to learn as a result of the lesson? This link provides examples, step-by-step
rules, and even a list of action verbs. At the end of the lesson, the students could demonstrate
their knowledge to the teacher and then the teacher could change how to achieve the learning
objective. The second link demonstrates on how teachers can keep track of their unit lessons.
The teachers can use a blank calendar. This calendar can be marked with dates on when
assignments are due, upcoming holidays, testing days, etc. The calendar can be readjusted in case
of unexpected situations happen throughout the year. This method is an excellent way to make
sure everything happens at the expected time and date! The third link leads to a template for a
weekly lesson plan. This template is good for any subject that is taught within the school system.
It shows the five days where you can make notes on what you can be teaching them those days.
The boxes next to them can be used to plan ahead for special events and preparing ahead.
Overall, it is a very good way to stay organized and write down different ways to teach the
students. The fourth link leads to the daily lesson plan. This template is especially good if the
instructor wants to stay organized with the lesson theyre teaching. It includes the teachers guide
and the student guide. For both of those guides, the instructor can include the following:
objectives, information, verification on the students understanding), activity, and summary. To
the side of those boxes, the educator can write down the materials needed, other resources, and
additional notes. The fifth link gives some information on how to write a lesson plan. In the
article, it mentions that A good lesson plan will take into account the differentiated ability level
of the students in the class. By incorporating this into the lesson plan, teachers show an

understanding and a responsiveness to student learningand outcomes. If a person was to sit

down and read the article, they would understand that it takes a lot in order to be a thorough
instructor. The website gives a format on how to just type the lesson plan template out using
Microsoft word. They could even download the lesson plan onto their computer if they wanted
to. This template highly reflects on having very unique and different students, who could have a
hard time with the lesson.
