Dear Kevin Cozart,

With a long history of success in the construction industry, specializing in commercial construction, your company has
implemented the triple constraint as a management tool on every project. While constantly and successfully addressing the
relationships between construction time, cost and quality, you have made leaps and remained a powerful entity in the ENRs
Top 400 Contractors year after year. From prior field-experience in the field, I found that the analysis of the triple constraint
gave me insight into the construction process and has allowed me to harness skills I believe build off of your principles of
success. Please note that my experience while attending Ferris State University and as a previous Intern Engineer for Messer
Construction, have both equipped me with a wide range of experiences and skills regarding diversity, and safety, that I
believe could be of use in the future of the construction industry and with your company.
