findings,therearesomeevidencepointedatanunknownfemalewhoisoneofPatricks
lover.Shellysyoungersisterstatedrecentlythereisafemalestalkerwhorecently
stalkedShellyandthreatenedtokillShelly..
IfPatrickisthekiller,whywouldheleavehimselfwithsuchobviousevidence
andstayathomewithoutmakinganalibiforhimself.Overall,wethinktherearestilllots

Accordingtothepreviousinformation,hereIhavetomentionseveralpoints:First,the
accusedisamale,butthereisawomanshoe,evensmallerthanvictimssize,foundatthe
crimescene.ThismeanstheremustbeanotherfemaleappearedintheJohnstonshouseat
thenightofthevictimsdeath.Second,thereissomethinghappenedbetweenShellyand
Joshua,whichdisintegratedtheirrelationship.ThiscouldprobablyleadsJoshuatoraisean
ideaofmurderingShelly.WestillneedfurtherourinvestigationonJoshuaRojasandthe
unknownwoman.Alsoweneedtoremember,wedidnotfindanyPatrickJohnstonsDNAin
anyofevidencefoundinthecrimescene.
1.Thebloodypantsinthelaundryroomcannotbeaproofforpointingoutkiller
becauseweallknowbothPatrickandJoshuahasabusiverelationshipswiththevictim.Blood
canbetheevidenceofphysicalabusebutnotthemurder.
Eventhoughthepieceinvictimshand(anddogbarking)couldbestrongevidenceto
