Subject: Proposal for sponsorship of The Arch Fest
Resp. Sir/Maam,
We the students of the Architecture Dept. are willing to organise the freshers party of our dept. for
a warm welcome of the first years. Thereby for the arrangements of the fest, we the students forum
of the dept. are in search of some sponsors which will prove a great help for the organisers so as to
make better arrangements.
In exchange to the sponsorship, the forum will be allowing a patch of 5 minutes (negotiable) for the
presentation of the product of the firm/ company.
