WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND INTERESTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, HECTOR GEONIGO, widow, legal age, Filipino and resident of Barangay
_____________________, __________________, Guimaras, Philippines, hereby declare
and state:
WITNESSETH
That I am a LESSEE of a certain portion of parcel of land Lot No. 4272, PLS No.
775, situated at Barangay Salvacion, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras:
That the said lot was being sold by the sellers BONIFACIO, JR. and MINETTE
GAURANA to the buyers SALVADOR and MYRNA FERRARIS:
That I, HECTOR GEONIGO, for and in consideration of my respect and affection to
Spouses Bonifacio, Jr. and Minette Gaurana and Spouses Salvador and Myrna Ferraris,
do hereby waive, renounce all my rights, participation, and interests as lessee, and
promise to vacate the said property without any compensation, if Spouses Salvador and
Myrna Ferraris failed to pay in full their obligation and/or Spouses Bonifacio, Jr. and
Minette Gaurana repurchase the said property.
