science class, and watercolors from
previous art classes.

perspective vocabulary. TSW know this
after he/she can respond correctly to cold
calling on perspective vocabulary.

--How do artists create depth in drawings and paintings?
1. Slide show of paintings/drawings using 1 and 2point perspective.
2. Look at perspective in the various paintings
hanging above board and discuss.
3. Review Perspective Vocabulary sheet and

perspective drawings

MONDAY 11/24

1. What is the purpose of perspective? How do we

create a 1-point perspective drawing? 2-point?
2. Demonstrate coloring with pencils (coloring with
parallel lines, coloring with lines going towards
focal point, coloring lightly)
3. Finish 2-point perspective
4. Explain fantasy city project
5. Get pencil, paper & 12 x 18 paper
6. Start sketching with pencil USE RULER!!!!
