Personal Statement
Invertigo is an incredible company that strives to give back to its community by not
only offering programs such as Dancing Through Parkinson's and InvertED, but also
provides various performances at convenient prices. While other companies
wholeheartedly concern themselves with expanding themselves, make huge efforts
to tour internationally and get known throughout the world, Invertigo has a different
mindset. This company is more than just about popularity, it is more concerned with
giving back to its city, and therefore prefers to maintain a lot of their performances in
the Los Angeles area, which can actually serve in their favor as this is a
cosmopolitan city. Invertigo Dance Theatre has a distinguished dramatic and
eccentric style, and they always aim to incorporate various art forms into their
choreography. The members of Invertigo maintain a comforting and bonded
ambience in the group, a kind of family like vibe, and since they are such a small
group, it shouldn't be difficult to feel this way. With amazing programs, a humble
mindset, a theatrical dance style that is sure to put a smile on your face, and a
family like vibe, it is not difficult to favor this contemporary dance company.
