With a view to facilitate participation on behalf of different Recreation Clubs of WBSEDCL/WBSETCL, it has been decided that the participant employees will be allowed TA & DA as per rules of WBSEDCL/WBSETCL. All the Controlling Officers are requested to arrange for wide circulation and forward the names of the Participants on or before 02.01.2015 to the Secretary of th ani zing ( Club for this purpose, if required through FAX or by phone as furnished below: - Smt. Any State level player or I* Division player will not be allowed to participate in this tournament for Volleyball, T-T,, Badminton. 3. Women employees, wife of any employee only can participate in Women’s Carrom (Singles / Doubles) & Chinese Chequered. 4. Any competition will be cancelled if at least 8 (Eighd teams /heads are not available. 5. The tournament will be played on knock-out basis and all ArT Five) games for TT. sfles & doubles up to Final. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be arranged for participants against payment of Rs. 60/- per head per day. NORMS TO FORM TEAMS :- It is hereby ordered that following norms should be strictly followed while sponsoring player (Employee) to Participate in Ist Indoor meet 2014-15. 1. Each offices of WBSEDCL/ TCL & DCL/WBSETCL Corporate Office should sponsor not more than 6(Six) players each to participate in TT and Badminton tournament. 2. Power Project viz. RHPJHP,TCF HP, PPSP and Divisional offices would be able to sponsor not more than ‘4(four) players to participate in TT and Badminton tournament. 8. For Chinese Chequered and Carrom competition 4 (four) nos. of participants from the establishments mentioned in Clause-1 (one). 4. For Volley Ball Championship any establishment can sponsor only on. team, the team should be of 9 (nine) Players out of which 6(six) Players may play at a time in fixed system (not rotational). One team manager may als accompany the team (91) 5. To participate in Auction Bridge Competition all establishments should sponsor maximum 2(two) teams, ie4 (fous) participants. WBSEESK&CC have right to change the above norms if required in any particular case on spot for the interest of the tournament.
