"During an intense, full body cleanse, the goal with your diet is simple: it's to minimize
the workload on your digestive organs while supplying your body with enough energy to
carry out its everyday activities. Cleansing is performed primarily by your body's selfregulated cleansing mechanisms, not by the nutrients in the foods that you eat."
"Beyond stirring up and eliminating toxins, one of the goals of the full body cleanse is to
restore optimal tone to your autonomic nervous system and all of the organs that your
autonomic system governs.
One of the keys to restoring optimal tone to your autonomic nervous system is to avoid
stimulants. The most common stimulants used in everyday life are alcohol, nicotine, and
drinks that contain concentrated doses of caffeine, like coffee, most conventional teas,
some types of soda, and energy drinks."
Routine:

Minimize exogenous toxins (e.g. chapstick, moisturizer, shampoo, soap,

deodorant, perfume)
Get as much physical rest as you can
Exercise lightly for 30 minutes per day (sweat, stimulate organs, but don't tear
muscle fibers requiring extra energy for recovery)
Try to leave 12 hours between last meal of day and first meal of next day
Start your day by drinking 1 Liter = ~34 oz of water (w/ lemon, if possible to
stimulate liver) to help remove any toxins that build up in your liver/bile while
sleeping that need to be excreted; plus, you lose a lot of water through breathing
while sleeping, so you need to rehydrate
Drink enough water that you have to pee every hour
