Close all ports of the hydraulic aggregates.

Replace all seals.

Achtung: Nacharbeiten an Dichtflchen z.B. durch

paper can damage surface.

Lsen der Schrauben ist nur mglich, wenn Triebwelle im lbad

oder Heiluftofen circa eine 1/2 Stunde auf max 120o C erwrmt
wird. Schrauben zgig ausdrehen.
Loosen of the screws is only possible if the drive shaft is

warmed up at a temperature of approx.
120o C 1/2 hour in an oil bath or heat air furnace.
Screw out the screw quickly.

Re-fitting the rotary group
Die Gewindebohrungen mssen frei sein von l,
Fett, Staub oder anderen Verschmutzungen, welche die Schraubensicherung gefhrden.
The threads must be free of oil, grease, dust or any
other contaminants which may impair the locking
of the screws.
Rckzugplatte mit Kolben und Mittelzapfen

einsetzen.
Schrauben mit Precote-Beschichtung verwenden.*
Anziehdrehmomente siehe Serviceinfo
Fit the retaining plate with pistons and centre
pin into place.
Use screws that have a Precote coating.
* For tightening torques, see service information.
Federteller 1 und Tellerfedern 2 mit Fett lagerichtig

einkleben.
Fit the spring plate 1 and cup springs 2 into their
correct position (and orientation) using grease to
hold them into place.
Die richtige Schichtung.

Ensure that all of the parts are assembled in correct
order and orientation.
Kolben einfdeln. Weiche Unterlage verwenden Beschdigungsschutz!

Beide Triebwerke so vormontieren (Mit Haltevorrichtung festhalten!)
Insert pistons into the cylinder. Using a soft surface
as a support to prevent the sliding surfaces from
being damaged. Pre-assemble both of the rotary
groups in this manor.

Gehuse auf ca. 80o C erwrmen.

Warm up the housing to approx. 80o C.
Vormontiertes Triebwerk 2 einsetzen,

auf Zahnmarkierung achten.
Insert the pre-assembled rotary group 2,
taking into account gear tooth markers.
Triebwerk 1 einsetzen. Zahnmarkierung ausrichten.

Insert rotary group 1. Align the marked gear teeth.
Zahnmarkierungen stehen sich gegenber.

The gear tooth markers must coincide.

Rckzugkraft
Triebwerk nach dem Einbau ins Gehuse auf Anschlag drcken.
Gehuse von Montagetemperatur (ca.80oC) auf Raumtemperatur
abkhlen lassen.
Assembly guideline:
Retaining force
After the rotary group has been fitted into the housing, it has to
be pressed in until the end stop is reached. Allow the housing to
cool down from its assembly temperature (approx.80oC) to room
temperature.

Abstimmung Pos. D erfolgt mit Federteller verschiedener Hhe,
so da sich beim eingebauten Triebwerk im Gehuse zwischen
Mittelzapfen und Federteller das Spiel ergibt.
Adjustment of the hydraulic component of the rotary group

The adjustment of dimension D is carried outusing spring plates
of differing thickness, so that the correct clearance is achieved
between the rotary group which is fitted in the housing and the
centre pinand spring plates.

3. Bolzen in Stickstoff unterkhlen,
einsetzen.

3. Cool down the bolt with nitrogen
and place it.

Assembly guidelines for tightening torques

Schaftschrauben (nach N 08.001)

Die Werte gelten fr Schaftschrauben mit metrischem ISO-Gewinde nach DIN 13 Teil 13, sowie
Kopfauflagemaen nach DIN 912 Zylinderschrauben, DIN 931 Sechskantschrauben mit
Schaft bzw. DIN 933 Sechskantschrauben mit
Gewinde bis Kopf.
Bolts (to N 08.001)

The values stated are valid for bolts with metric
ISO threads to DIN 13 part 13, as well as head
areas to DIN 912 socked head cap screws, DIN
931 hexagon bolt or DIN 933 hexagon bolts with
threads up to the head.

Hydraulic equipment
1. Hydraulikanlage steht unter hohem Druck!

Unter hohem Druck austretende Hochdruck-Flssigkeiten (Kraftstoff, Hydraulikl) knnen die Haut durchdringen und schwere Verletzungen verursachen.
Daher sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen, da anderenfalls
schwere Infektionen entstehen knnen!
1. Hydraulic equipment is standing under high pressure.

High pressure fluids (fuel, hydraulic oil) which escape
under high pressure can penetrate the skin and cause
heavy injuries.
Therefore immediately consult a doctor as otherwise
heavy infections can be caused.
2. Bei der Suche nach Leckstellen wegen Verletzungsgefahr

geeignete Hilfsmittel verwenden!
2. When searching leakages use appropriate auxiliary devices

because of the danger of accidents.
3. Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage diese unbedingt

drucklos machen und angebaute Gerte absenken!
3. Before working at the hydraulic equipment, lower pressure

to zero and lower working arms of the rnachine.
4. Bei Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage unbedingt Motor

abstellen und Traktor gegen Wegrollen sichern
(Feststellbremse, Unterlegkeil)!
4. When working at the hydraulic equipment, absolutely stop

motor and secure tractor against rolling away
(parking brake, shim)!
5. Beim Anschlieen von Hydraulikzylindern und -motoren ist

auf vorgeschriebenen Anschlu der Hydraulikschluche
zu achten!
5. When connecting hydraulic cylinders and motor pay

attention to correct connection of hydraulic flexible hoses.
6. Bei Vertauschen der Anschlsse umgekehrte Funktionen

(z.B. Heben/Senken) - Unfallgefahr!
7. Hydraulikschlauchleitungen regelmig kontrollieren und
bei Beschdigung und Alterung austauschen! Die
Austausch schlauchleitungen mssen den technischen
Anforderungen des Gerteherstellers entsprechen!

6. In case of exchanging the ports, the tunctions are vice versa

(f. ex. lift-up/lower) - danger of accidents!
7. Check hydraulic flexible hoses regularly and replace them in
