General description of proposed ordinance including contract scope of work if applicable:

This ordinance will authorize a contract amendment to the Denver Rescue Mission contract CE04013 to add
additional dollars to provide emergency housing for homeless adults who are unable to stay in conventional
shelters due to medical conditions many of which are homeless adults recently discharged from hospitals.
