Hi all,

Hope you all have received the syllabus, course plan, mode of assessment, list of
presentations topics and presenters. You can identify the presenters and the topics
for presentations from the excel sheet that has been sent to you to the common mail
id. I had uploaded teh same in moodle too.. Students namely Gopinath Reddy,
Sricharan, Ravikishore, Avinash, Ashok Vardhan and Sai Manjush have been
assigned different topics than selected. I do realize you mooted for a separate team
but unfortunately we have space only for 6 presentations and hence 6 topics. Kindly
excuse this arrangement. I hope there are no names left out and if there are, please
contact me at the earliest. I can add you to any one of the groups.
Below you would find some important points regarding presentations and GD.
Rules regarding Presentations:
1) Please make sure that the presentations are finished within a time gap of 45-50
minutes. As the number of persons in group are 10, arrange the order and sub-topics
accordingly. It is mandatory that all the presenters should speak at one point or the
another about the topic.
2) It is not mandatory that the presenters need to do a PPT. However the more
appealing you make, the better the chances are to get high marks.
3) There will not be any chance for improvement and if one is absent on the date of
presentation, his/her chance gets forfeited.
4) The order of presentations are same as that of the list of the presentation topics.
GROUP I and GROUP II who has chosen "Terrorism and Violence" and "Sexual
harassment" respectively will have to do the presentation in the next class. Please see
the course plan for more details.
It will be followed by GROUP III and IV whose topics are "Corruption" and "Dowry"
respectively.
GROUP V and GROUP VI will present the following day on "White collar crimes" and
"Female Infanticide" respectively.
GD
The same groups shall be fixed for GD and the topics will be given to each group 5 or
10 minutes before the GD. There will be 6 GDs in total and one for each group.
