You may make changes, deletions, or substitutions until December 9 at no charge. After
December 9, no changes or cancellations will be allowed. There is no late registration after
December 9. Please note that you may not substitute in a member whose dues have not been
received in the national office by December 9.

All payments must be RECEIVED by December 31 or you will be assessed a $25 late payment

The deadline to cancel member's registration is December 9. If a member's registration is not
canceled by December 9, you will still be required to pay his/her registration
A copy of all confirmations must be sent with payment and other materials.
You do not need to submit your code of conduct/dress code form with your registration. Please
bring that with you to the conference and turn in at the registration table.

If your chapter is participating in RLC Online Testing events, you must complete an online RLC
Online Testing Site Online Form by December 9.
High School Chapters:
All competitive event entries must be submitted online, except Job Interview and Electronic
Career Portfolio (non-website). Use the links available on the Georgia FBLA LiveBinder. These
entries must be submitted by December 5. Job Interview application materials and Electronic
Career Portfolio (non-website) entries must be postmarked by December 5 and RECEIVED by
December 9.
Middle School Chapters:
Entries for ML Creed, ML Invention Convention, and ML Public Speaking should be submitted
online no later than December 5. You should mail your entries for Employability Skills to
