Classroom work is completed in a timely fashion. It is a

struggle to meet the work of the certification program as
well.

I am on time-an hour early every day- and late to leave.

10-12 hour days are usual. Unfortunately I have missed
and been late to a couple of Alverno meetings and will
work to make sure this does not happen again.

I work professionally with and am grateful for all who

support my teaching.

I read both for my Alverno project and for my own

knowledge particularly in the areas of increasing literacy
and peace-building.

I communicate with and am respectful to all caregivers and

seek their support.

I attend all faculty, in service and grade-level meetings. I

participate in school functions and open houses as well as
parent-teacher conferences.\

I enjoy and participate actively in the Alverno seminars. I

find them beneficial.

I reflect for required assessments but also for my own

sake. I keep a notebook of ideas as they come to me.
