REPORTING OFFICER NARRATIVE, (oca — Clay County Sheriffs Office 2015-00013, ‘Vien Oss ‘ite ie Reported GRADY, DANIEL RILEY DEATH INVESTIGATION ‘Ti 01/01/2015 04:36 (On 01-01-2015 at approximately 0209 houts, | responded to 1517 County Road 220, the business of Whataburger, in reference to a person shot call for service. ie Active ‘White en-route to the scene I was advised by dispatch that an individual had been shot estsmamaraneanecmemmiaen and was located inthe rear ofthe parking lo, I was advised of a brief vehicle description prior to my artval. ‘When | arrived on scene } observed Daniel Riley Grady (victim) lying on the ground near the drive-thru kiosk on his back. Several individuals were attempting to do CPR on the viotim and ceased when Clay County Fire/Rescue 22 arrived on scene, Is. Wester from the Clay County Fire/Rescue pronounced the victim dead at 0216 hours (run! 2015-00010). . ae tive —————— ee the victim got into a verbal altercation with an unknown individual in the truck.
