demonstrate an understanding of the legal, social, and ethical issues relating to information and
communication technology;
analyse privacy and security issues relating to information and communication technology;
assess the impact of information and communication technology on personal health and the
environment.
Your final mark will be calculated based on the Ministry of Educations Achievement Chart for the course
as follows: Knowledge/Understanding: 25%; Thinking: 25%; Communication: 25%; Application: 25%
70% of the final mark will be based on work completed throughout the course, including tests, projects,
assignments and presentations. 30% will be based on the final evaluation. Details are included below.
