message and how they communicate
it in order to relate to prospects.
Distributors need to determine what
about the Amway business will appeal
to each prospect personally, and engage
in a conversation about how Amway will
benefit them. While distributors need
to be relatable, it is not about them,

questions, listen attentively, and offer
specific follow up to address prospects

more positive about their personal
outlook.

impression among most propects.
