User can upload documents with allowed file extensions only.

document, authorized
user can do various
activities as mentioned
below.
If document is in edit
mode then unless the
editing user is not
Check In the document,
other authorized users
will not be able to edit
DIR or actual document.

Easy & Fast Document Search

This is one of the best features of MyDMS. Authorized user is able to search the
desired document in very easy and relatively faster way than manual search.
In searching the document, what help the user are the values defined for various
indexing keys / meta tags of document info record.
For General Search and Conditional search we are having some parameters for the
easy document search.
Conditional search will derive limited results depending on each matching condition.
General Search will derive maximum results based on range of different parameters.

Other Functionalities
Logged in user will be able to change
his password but should be within
standard validations.
Functionality is provided to generate
and labels for each DIR and its storage.
