I feel I got on really well today as everyone was


friendly and nice.

About my first Day


Who did you meet when you arrived?

My uncle who supervised me for the day and a


members who came in and done a workout.

What responsibilities were you given?

To clean and check if equipment was working okay.


To work the computer and take the money from
members coming into classes.

What was the best thing about the first day?

Getting to do a proper workout and getting talked


through everything.

What was the worst thing?

Wasnt a bad thing about the day.

Cleaned all equipment. Clean changing rooms and


shower rooms.

Afternoon:

Emptied the bins.


Helped out getting equipment ready for a class.
Done a workout.

Clean down equipment and got the gym


ready for use.

Clean down equipment again to get the


gym ready after dinner and get a spin
class ready and a football course ready.

General thoughts about the week

It was a brilliant work experience and the


people were some craic.

Was The experience different to what you
expected and in what way?

Yes I didnt think it would be as fun but it


was unreal.

What are the differences between this


experience and school?

You have shorter hours and get to do


better stuff.

week?

I think I progressed pretty well during the


week as I got everything done.

Getting showed how to use the equipment
