is done carefully from scratch, all the way, till it's complete. Your montage should express your style and anything you can imagine.
We listen! We'll talk about what you are looking for in your montage. We'll learn what you like and what you don't like or want in your project. We

even if that means putting in extra hours to get it done. You are important! We create your project just like we were doing it for one of our own
family or friends, with time, consideration, respect, detail, and quality.

1. Select, Arrange, and Count your Photos - Collect and organize your photos. Try and choose quality photographs and a variety as it
keeps the audiences attention. Digital images and print photos need to be arranged in a specific order for your photo montage.
Number them by placing Post-It sticky notes on the back of each photo. Count the number of photos and video clips(if using any)
and then decide on the package choice that best fits your needs.
2. Select the type of theme for montage- What is the occasion of your photo montage? Any choice. Its up to you. Some examples
could be, wedding reception, anniversary, wedding, birthdays, reunions, vacations, etc.
3. Select your music- Select the music that would best fit your montage theme. Submit the original music CD(no copied CDs) with
your photos. Dont have the song yourself? We can purchase the song for $2 each for you for your montage. All music submitted to
us will be returned when your finished product is sent to you.
4. Check your DVD Player Compatibility - SouthernGirl Montage uses DVD-R discs which are the most common format for current
DVD players. Check your DVD player manual to determine if it supports DVD-R. Not sure you can contact us for help or if your DVD
player wont work with DVD-R we can use DVD+R. Just write that in a clear space on the Order From.
5. Complete the Order Form- Your materials must accompany a completed and signed order form. You may scan and email this form
to us if you prefer not to mail. The signature field and date must be filled out.
6. Package and Ship Your Materials- Place all photos in a plastic bag, include order form and any other media, and safely package
for mailing to the address on the last page of form. It is recommended that you place your photos and materials in a box surrounded
by stuffing paper or foam to keep things from moving around in box or if shipping in an envelope, please add cardboard to sturdy
the package and write DO NOT BEND on the outside.
7. Order Confirmation/Review- You will receive an order confirmation when we receive your materials. We will also inform you
when we ship them back to you with your new videos. When its time for you to review your montage, well send you an email or
contact you with a link for your viewing.
8. Production Time- Unless you have placed a Rush Order, the estimated time for your completed montage is 7-14 business days
from the date we receive your materials, depending on the packaged ordered. Extremely complex or large orders may take longer.

Music Choice: Extra $2 for a song you want us to purchase for your use in your montage
Music is important to your montage. It has a great influence on the theme and mood of it. Usually a 3 minute song is about 20 pictures, depending
on the style and song choice. A faster song may use more photos than a slower song. It is better to have more songs than you may need, please list
your songs by preference. We will notify you if we need more music or if we cannot use all of your selections.

OUR GUARANTEE
If we make a mistake on your order just let us know within 14 days, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If
redesign or correction is required due to an error on your order form or/and error not originated with SouthernGirl Montage, you
will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the replacement DVDs. We treat every order as if it was for our family or
friends, and we want to make you happy!
DVD COMPATIBILITY
SouthernGirl Montage uses the DVD-R format which is compatible with approximately 90+% of all existing home DVD players, but
not all. Please be sure to check your DVD player manual/manufacturer to determine if it supports DVD-R. If you prefer, we can help
you in determining if your DVD player supports DVD-R, just ask us. Sorry, we cannot accept returns or cancel orders after they have
been processed and refunds will not be issued for incompatibility reasons.
DVD CORRECTIONS
If you discover that we've made a mistake on your DVD (e.g., spelling error, defective disk, etc.) we will work with you to correct the
issue. Contact us immediately to get it resolved. Quality of your montage can only be guaranteed if the photos are scanned at
300dpi or better for images 3x5 or larger, and 600dpi or better for images smaller than 3x5 using RGB color settings and a 100%
quality JPG setting or other non-compressed image format. You will be notified in advance to the DVD montage being created if
SouthernGirl Montage determines that your scanned images are not suitable for production. You will then have the option to cancel
your order or to rescan the pictures or send us the pictures to be scanned. Or you can authorize SouthernGirl Montage to use the
images "as is" with your understanding that we will not be able to guarantee the quality of the final product.
COPYRIGHT LIABILITY
SouthernGirl Montage will not knowingly scan any copyrighted materials without written permission from the rightful owner of the
material. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to ensure that you are in compliance with copyright laws. Your order includes
confirmations that you are authorized to use all photographs, videos, and musical works in the creation of your DVD. Non
free/royalty free music submitted must be owned by you. SouthernGirl Montage is not responsible for verifying copyright
information and is hereby released of the liability.
DAMAGE LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall SouthernGirl Montage be liable for any damages, including but not limited to any direct, indirect,
incidental or consequential damages to customers photos (film or digital), slides, videos, music CD's or and other materials including,
but not limited to as a result of theft, fire, flood, natural disaster, war, or terrorism. By purchasing the services and/or products
available through this site you are agreeing to all terms and conditions contained herein. SouthernGirl Montage not be liable for any
photos, digital or film, slides, videos, documents, or music while in transit through or in the possession of any mail carrier or courier
including but not limited to the U.S. Post Office, Fed Ex, UPS, etc. We will not be liable for any loss, any damage, or any theft of the
above mentioned while in transit through or in the possession of any mail carrier or courier. For that reason, we suggest that you
consider providing us with a duplicate copy of the photos rather than the original. It is your responsibility to insure the contents of
your package, place them in waterproof packaging and to write the words "DO NOT BEND" clearly on the outside of the package. At
the very least make sure you protect your precious photos with the proper packing materials(bubble wrap, newspaper or other
cushioning). In addition, it is recommended that you ship your package to us using a reliable and reputable shipping service. We will
do the same when sending the final product back to you. With all that said, we have never had any problems with damaged original
photos or orders when reasonable care is used in packaging and shipping.
DVD PURPOSE
By placing an order with us, you agree that the DVD will not be used for commercial use or distribution in any manner and agree that
you can strictly prohibited from selling, copying, publishing, or in any manner making available to the general public, with or without
charge(including and from of posting on the Internet) and copies of the DVD. You further agree that your use of the DVD must be

limited solely to your own personal in-home viewing.

MEDIA TRANSFERS
Transfer from VHS, photos or other media to DVD does not guarantee DVD quality video. Video transferred from a source other than
digital video will result in a DVD only as good in quality as the original source.
Privacy Policy
SouthernGirl Montage is committed to respecting your privacy and therefore does not collect personally identifiable information
without your prior knowledge.
SouthernGirl Montage will not sell or make available any collected information to any third party except where required by law or in
good-faith believe that such action is necessary to A) comply with legal process served on SouthernGirl Montage or this site; B)
protect and defend the rights or property of SouthernGirl Montage this site or its users, and C) act under exigent circumstance to
protect this personal safety of SouthernGirl Montage employees, users of this site or the public at large.
Payment for Services
SouthernGirl Montage will contact you as soon as your completed order is ready to ship. You agree that payment in full must be
received by SouthernGirl Montage before the completed order is shipped. Payments by check or money order should be submitted
with your materials. A $25 returned check fee will be assessed if your financial institution denies payment. If paying through
PayPal(credit card), SouthernGirl montage will provide and email containing a link to make your final payment. You are not required
to hold a PayPal account to use PayPals service. Once payment is received, your order, as well as, all your originally submitted
materials will be shipped to you via fastest carrier.
Acknowledgement
By signing below I acknowledge entering in to an agreement with SouthernGirl Montage and agree to the above terms. I also
understand the copyright law prohibits unauthorized duplication and distribution of this DVD without permission. I limit
SouthernGirl Montage liability to the amount paid in this agreement. I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to all of the above
statements in the Order Agreement.
