Packaging company for Young Living Essential Oils and a few other companys would make
boxes and put kits together on how the customer wanted to the right oils and products in the
correct assembly and in the correct boxes.
Alorica (November 2013 August 2014)
Customer support, answered incoming calls, verified clients information, provided technical
support for question. Gained permission to access clients devices remotely mainly computer and
dispatched cases to tier two technicians. Provided some clients with quick fixes for computers,
printers, tablets and other devices purchased from Best Buy or with the provided tech support.
No sales experience was required for this position, but there was a minimum of trying to sell tech
support contracts to client or one time services.
