Scenario

You have now decided on the business you would like to open. You need to create
a business model which you will present to potential investors in order to attract
money to help fund your business.

You are to prepare a PowerPoint presentation and notes which you will use whilst
presenting. Your presentation will include details of your business model along
with reasons for the choice of format for your business.
Your business model must be realistic and include all the essential parts such as
your aims and objectives, methods of operation and projected revenues and
expenses.
Task 1

To convince the investors that your business is worthwhile in investing in you

need to explain how the model will enable the business to carry out its activities
successfully.
At the end of your presentation you need to explain how the format you have
selected and supporting evidence justifies your initial business idea. You can
illustrate this by tracing the steps you have taken from your original business idea
to your final vision. This should include how you evaluated the different ideas you
had using the sources of information you had obtained and why you continued to
develop this particular one.
