Billing Order Entry- I currently work on all incoming orders placed by


customers to ensure all work is done properly and on time. I make sure all
pricing is correct according to contracts and ICB promotional codes, and input
all information into the data base to ensure correct billing to the customer is
carried out by or before deadline of billing cycle.
Move Coordinator I worked hard to ensure that all SLAs were met 98% of the
time or better. I processed all move requests which included researching
multiple systems to verify service availability, setting proper expectations,
quoted current pricing and submitted the necessary orders. Work with the
customer and other departments to resolve any issues.
Egain/Webcare Assist with online Business Center, billing and order issues
and resolved disputes.
Inbound Customer Care- Took inbound calls from customers.
Provided excellent customer service by helping customers
understand their bill and products, place orders, and resolve
billing disputes. Took on leadership as a team lead whenever I
was needed to assist other reps on calls and problem solving
for customers.

EDUCATION

VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA


Currently enrolled at Salt Lake Community College working on my associates
degree with a major in business. I am also taking additional classes in
accounting as well as getting my foot in the door with courses in Human

Resources; and plan to pursue my bachelors in Business Administration at a


later time.
