Each 10x10 booth includes: 6 table per booth, Corporate (2) 6 Tables per booth, 2
chairs, on waste basket, 1 printed booth sign, 1 name badge,
Small Business level (individually owned business without national or
international distributed products/services)

Note: Booth spaces are reserved on a first come first serve bases and will only be held
once a 50% deposit of the total investment is paid. Final Payment for all exhibit booths are
due on or before September 1, 2015. No Exhibitor credentials or material will be provided
to any company who has not paid in full by this date!

Terms and Conditions:

1. Exhibitor set up time starts Saturday October 2015 at

7:30a.m. Failure to check in on opening day by 9a.m.
without notifying show management at least 2 days in
advance will result in loss of exhibit space. Event Starts
at 10:00a.m.
2. Additional passes can be purchased for $10.00 preferably prior to the
event. Sharing a booth is not permitted. Please specify the number of
attendants that will accompany your business: _____.
3. Exhibitor assumes full liability and risk and holds Beautiful Rootz as well as
Lamesa Danzey and any affiliates, partners, management and employees harmless
against and from any loss or damage as a result of this event, including damage to
personal property or guest injury. Exhibitor agrees to obtain insurance at his own
expense to protect exhibitors property against fire, theft, accident or any other
cause. Exhibitor waives, releases, discharges and covenants not to sue Beautiful
Rootz, Lamesa Danzey and any affiliates, partners, management employees,
members, sponsors, organizers or other representatives or their successors and
assigns, for any injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered as a result of
this event or any related activities.

4. Exhibitor further grants full permission perpetual and worldwide to Beautiful

Rootz to use all names, photographs, videotapes or quotations in accounts and
promotions in any medium.
5. To maximize the effectiveness of the event marketing campaign, Exhibitors are
also responsible for promoting the event in their networks and circles. Exhibitors
should publish event details on websites, email lists, Facebook and other social
networks.
6. Exhibitors must check-in and set up assigned table at least two hours prior to
event opening and the table must be set up prior to event opening. Tables must be

manned at all times during the event. No early breakdowns are allowed and
exhibitors are expected to remove all materials at the end of the event.
7. Tables are non-transferable to other people or other events and may only be used
by the Exhibitor specified in this contract. All displays must be complementary to
the event and must be confined within the booth space purchased. No loud
speakers or amplifiers or loud music is permitted.
8. Without limiting any of the provisions of the contract or the contract conditions,
it is specifically understood and agreed by the exhibitor that the Beautiful Rootz
reserves the rights enumerated below without incurring any liability to the exhibitor
or releasing the exhibitor from any of its covenants and obligations under the
contract: to change the hours of the event and/or to change at any time prior to the
scheduled opening date of the event, the dates of the event (provided such change
shall not result in a reduction of the number of days of the event), the vending area,
or the location of the event, and to determine the suitability of all exhibits and
demonstrations. It is further understood and agreed that the event management
shall have each and all of the other rights/reservations contained in this contract.
9. Cancellation of contract by exhibitor: Cancellation of exhibit space must be
directed in writing to Lamesa Danzey/Beautiful Rootz Natural Hair & Beauty Show at
least 60 days prior to the show at P.O. box 363, Dothan, Alabama 36302 or
fullthickbeautifulroots@gmail.com. Refunds that are due will be paid no later than
30 days after the show date has passed.
10. We encourage you to do the following at your booth: Style

bags, be creative and have fun!
