The load summary shows contacts each advisor has with advisor in other room as follows
AB = 10, AC = 20, AD = 30, BC = 15, BD = 10, CD = 20
a)

Evaluate layout as per contact handling cost method. The distances between rooms
may be taken as Start to start and cost of handling is Re.1 per contact meter.

b)

Improve layout by exchanging functions within room. Show the improved cost using
same method as in (a)
