Project Value:
£842,335

Project Duration:

exceeding all key dates on budget.

Approach
Housed HT external plant, roof mounted in a purpose designed plant well were
chosen as the preferred option, with the LT Housed external plant located on
ground level in the service yard. This freed up space in the store for store use.

To meet the client’s requirements all services were installed at high level on the
sales floor and coordinated with all other disciplines.

Energy Saving Solutions

Plate heat exchangers were installed on the HT plant to pre-heat the store’s hot
water system.

Site specific risk analysis, method statements, COSCH and site health and safety
plan were compiled and adhered to at all times.
