Coaching and Training: Interview job seekers of all levels and review their work experience, training, and
personality, in order to help them make career-related decisions. Career counseling has led to the job
placement of over five hundred job seekers. Train company personnel on the intricacies of interviewing and
determine who is best qualified for positions.
Performance Appraisals and Reports: Produce monthly and annual reports tracking retention numbers
and performance of division staff. Produce weekly newsletter for board members, which highlights recent
successful job placements, company milestones and areas for improvement within the division. Head
