Switch on the PC
Switch on the Main Power of the HPLC Machine
Place the buffers of choice.
Disconnect the pump lines to the system by rotating the lever counterclockwise.
Switch on the pumps
Press the purge button to start purgation and allow the buffers to flow and
remove the bubbles.
7. Press the purge button to stop purgation and rotate the lever back to connect the
pump line to the system.
