We, the fourth year students in Bachelor of Nursing are currently enrolled in the course Intensive
Nursing Practicum/ Nursing Leadership and Management. Part of the Related Learning
Experience is to be exposed in school nursing. The school that we have chosen for our RLE is
CvSU-Infirmary. We have assessed that there is a slow progress during medical examination of
students in the University Infirmary. One of the reasons is their lack of awareness on the
schedule of physical examination thus resulting to accumulation in the number of students during
the enrollment period. With this, we came up with a possible intervention to the problem by
disseminating the information to students about the set schedule of physical examination through
posting announcements in your college.
In line with this, we would like to request your college to allot a space in your college bulletin
board for the above purpose which will serve as a reminder to old and new students.
We are hoping for positive response to our request.
