SUBJECT REQUEST FOR THE APPROVAL TO DISPOSE OUR OBSOLETE MACHINERY

Over the years we have been facing a decline in our production, and the cost of
production has gone up due to

use of out of date machinery in our workshops.

As the chief Engineer I have made a proposal to shift from our out of date
machinery into the sate of the art machinery as our competitors are doing. Below is
a list of the machinery that we ought to acquire.
