The mammoth plant of Porcellan promoted by the most successful & trusted business conglomerates in the United Arab Emirates
JAMAL AL GHURAIR GROUP, Dubai has carved itself to be one of the most prominent players in the porcelain tile industry.
An admirable production capacity of 18 million SQM of porcelain tiles is considered to be one of the biggest single largest porcelain
tile plants in the industry. The production of 50,000 SQM of porcelain tiles per day has certainly paved the way for Porcellan to
create an excellent market for its products, which proudly boasts of exporting to over 50 countries all around the Globe.
The plant is equipped with advanced machineries from SACMI - Italy and others to churn out technically superior tiles in a variety of
sizes, textures and designs to address the wide spectrum of porcelain tile demand. Porcellan produces all its tiles with rectified and
monocalibre features, which give the customer the advantage of mix and match with any colour on par with any of the international
brands.
Porcellans product range includes over 34 collections consisting of Glazed (Matt, Polished, Lappato, Glossy) as well as Technical
porcelain tiles (Double Charge, Soluble Salts, Croma, Salt & Pepper designs) in variety of sizes ranging from 30x30 to 60x120 cm
1x1 meter and the aim is to be a complete provider of all variety of porcelain tiles.
Porcellan in its quest in pioneering its efforts to offer innovative & need-based products are launching the most advanced digitally
printed porcelain tiles.
EFI Cretaprint is one of the latest & a top-notch printer that provides ceramic decoration with unlimited options. The print
resolution is super fine in exposing the most intricate designs with each detailing appearing absolutely natural and inviting.
It uses the latest interface technology to optimise the printers capabilities resulting in increased graphical variability and nonstop
manufacturing.
Be it a creation of a new design or replication of designs, the CRETA print ink jet machine makes it possible with flawless accuracy.
It has thus come as a boon to Porcellans collection of latest technology to stay tuned with the current design trends of designers
worldwide.
